Matt Krage — HIGH SCHOOL CHOIRS

Matt Krage is beginning his 10th year as Director of Choirs at Virginia High School in Virginia, MN where he directs the 7th grade choir, 8th grade choir, Kantorei, Bel Canto, and the A Cappella Choir. In addition to his classroom responsibilities, he also directs the annual musical, teaches private voice lessons, and manages the Section 7A music contest held at Virginia each year. Matt serves as the artistic director of Range of Voices, an Iron Range community choir with singers ages 15-85. Matt's high school choirs travel every other year and, in addition to performing at venues across the country, they have been honored to perform at the Concordia College High School Choral Festival and the ACDA-MN Fall Conference. He has served ACDA-MN in the past as NE District Chair and is an active member of ACDA and MMEA. Matt received his Bachelor of Music Degree from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN.
