About Nancy Lee

Nancy Lee is currently serving her ninth year teaching choral music and musical theatre at Minneapolis-Washburn High School. She has also been teaching the secondary choral methods course at St. Olaf College since the fall of 2008. Her previous teaching experiences include: Minneapolis-Southwest High School (MN), Prior Lake High School (MN), Milwaukee Public Schools (WI), Slinger Schools (WI), and schools in Trenton, NJ and Farmington, IA. This past year, Lee was awarded an honorable mention from the Tony Awards for her outstanding work as a theatre arts educator. She has served on the state MMEA Board as the Region 6AA Representative and on the advisory board for the Hennepin Theatre Trust's SpotLight Program. Education: B.A. Degree, Music Education- Luther College, Decorah, IA; Masters of Music Education- Boston University, Boston, MA.
