About Diana J. Leland

Prior to retiring in 2005, Diana J. Leland served for 28 years as a choral director for the Edina Public Schools. She taught in Wisconsin for 4 years before moving to Minnesota. In addition to teaching, Diana has served in various positions of the American Choral Directors Association, which included Minnesota state president (1979-81), North Central regional president (1984-86) and National President (1989-91). She also worked as ACDA-MN's F. Melius Christiansen Endowment Fund's first Director of Development from 2008-2015. Diana was employed as the very first full-time general manager for the Dale Warland Singers from 1979-83, After retiring from Edina, she worked as an outside sales person for Accolades International Tours for the Arts from 2007-2020.
